Les gens sont sympas, mais le matos est complétement hors d'usage. la moitié des machines ne marchent pas et sont pleines de rouille. La salle est en outre très petite, 20m² grand maximum , sans compter la salle de cours collectif qui ne sert pas à grand chose

un club convivial avec un public multi generationnel (de 15 a 85 ans)une gym traditionnelle du cardio et de la muscu d entretien ,des petits groupes en cours collectifs (maxi 15) et toujours de la place en muscu c est sympa

Une salle très sympa, Marco et Michel, des profs accueillants, et surtout très compétents. Ambiance conviviale, on se croirai à la maison !!! On bosse mais on sait bien rigoler aussi et ca fait du bien après une journée de boulot.. Moi j adore et j adhère.
